HIGH ELVES

High Elf Armybook

The High Elves were once the greatest race in the whole world and for their diminishing race to survive; they must possess an army of unequalled skill. To this end, all High Elves are taught the arts of war and their warrior's are masters of sword, spear and bow. Their strength of arms is matched only by their innate understanding of magic and the powerful mages that wield it. Aided by powerful allies such as the ancient Dragons and noble Great Eagles, High Elf armies stand as beacons of light against the encroaching darkness of Chaos.

This 104-page Warhammer Armies Book contains all the rules you'll need to field a High Elf army, as well as detailed background information, bestiary, accompanying artwork and 'Eavy Metal showcase.

You will need a copy of Warhammer to use the contents of this book.

High Elf Spearmen

High Elf Spearmen form the backbone of every army from Ulthuan.

This box set contains 16 multi-part plastic High Elf Spearmen. It can also be assembled as High Elf Sea Guard and includes options for a Champion, Standard Bearer and Musician.

High Elf Chariot

The Tiranoc Chariots fight with incredible skill, complementing the awesome speed of the Elven steeds that pull them, darting in between enemy units and raining arrows onto their enemies. When they charge, they crash fearlessly into the ranks of their foes, the steeds biting and kicking, even as the riders thrust out with razor-sharp spears.

In contrast to the Tiranoc war chariots that sweep across the battlefield carefully picking at the foe, the Lion Chariot of Chrace is a brutal weapon of destruction. Proceeded by the savage roars that shake the enemy to their very core, the Lion Chariots plough through skirmishers and crash fearlessly into the ranks of enemy skirmishers.

This multi-part plastic kit can make a High Elf Tiranoc Chariot or a High Elf White Lion Chariot and includes a variety of weapons including spears, swords and longbows.

High Elf archers

High Elf Archers have honed their skills of archery and can lay down a deadly volley of arrow fire upon the enemy forces.

High Elf Silver Helms

The Silver Helms are named for their traditional tall helmets, which are polished to a mirror-like sheen and worn with gleaming white robes.

High Elf Prince and Noble

High Elf nobles pride themselves on their deep sense of honour and mastery of both the arts of diplomacy and war, taught to them from a young age. In times of conflict they demonstrate this prowess through their flexibility, perfectly capable of fighting with unmatched skill in the melee, or commanding their armies from a distance, directing the flow of battle as need dictates.

This boxed set enables you to make one mounted High Elf Lord and one High Elf Lord on foot and includes a variety of weapons options plus an army standard bearer.

High Elf Dragon

A Dragon's massive scaly body is powerfully built and strong enough to shatter city gates. Dragons have great fanged mouths from which they can breathe scorching gouts of flame over their enemies, and taloned claws sharp enough to slice through stone. A Dragon's wings are immense, able to bear it effortlessly through the sky. They are wise and aloof, viewing the world around them with a perspective that only the eldest creatures can share.

This incredible multi-part plastic kit makes a fearsome dragon with a High Elf Prince, Archmage or Dragon Mage rider, plus a variety of potent weapons including a lance, sword and sorcerer's staff.

There are many ways to travel the path of wisdom. Some fast and meditate for years, others study obscure and arcane tomes, but for a few their true path lies in martial prowess. These are the Swordmasters, though they are not only experts with a blade; they also learn to fight with their bare hands or with any other weapon they can reach, especially their finely balanced ceremonial great swords.

The Shadow Warriors are masters of ambush and guerilla warfare, elite warriors even among other Elves. They strike swiftly and noiselessy from concealment with deadly accurate volleys from their longbows, before charging forth to slay any survivors with a flurry of blades.

Alith Anar

The tales of the Shadow King that stem from the years following the destruction of Anlec are, by now, undoubtedly a blend of fable and reality. It is impossible to say for sure which are true and which are invention.

Ellyrian Reaver Command

To this day the Ellyrian Reavers still form a deadly part of the Phoenix King's armies. Patrolling out of the fortress city of Tor Elyr, the Reaver Knights rove the wild lands of Ellyrion, hunting down and slaying the monstrousm beasts that leave the borders of the Annulii and seek to rampage through the Inner Kingdoms.

Phoenix and Caradryn

Marked by Asuryan as the Captain of the Phoenix Guard. Caradryan now leads the Phoenix Guard during times of peace and war, taking orders from no worldly master and appearing on the battlefield only by the will of Asuryan.

High Elf Korhil

Korhil has served his Lord, Phoenix King Finubar the Seafarer, with unfailing loyalty for many years, standing steadfastly beside him. Most notably during the Battle of Tor Achare where he saved Finubar's life, disembowling the Manticore ridden by Morech the Black.
